Important notice!
  1. All information in the RMA Form must be completely registered. North Invent will inform whether product is within warranty upon reception and inspection.
  2. In case of return shipments, RMA number(s) must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging to avoid having package rejected.
  3. Damage or loss of goods during return shipment to North Invent or our service partners is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Insufficient packaging may result in loss of warranty.
  5. Warranty will be void if inspection finds that products have been abused or altered without authorization.
