Your RMA has been submitted. We will send you an email with an RMA number and further instructions.
- All information in the RMA Form must be completely registered. North Invent will inform whether product is within warranty upon reception and inspection.
- In case of return shipments, RMA number(s) must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging to avoid having package rejected.
- Damage or loss of goods during return shipment to North Invent or our service partners is the responsibility of the customer.
- Insufficient packaging may result in loss of warranty.
- Warranty will be void if inspection finds that products have been abused or altered without authorization.
